These Terms govern AgroCeans and its connected services operated by The AgroStore LLC, Delaware, United States. By selecting Agree and continue, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the separate Privacy Policy. You must be able to accept these Terms under applicable law. The service is not directed to children under thirteen; wallet and financial features require the legal age and capacity applicable to the operation.
Keep your credentials secure and provide information you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate others, access accounts without permission or misuse linked identities. Connected Mastodon and HumHub access does not merge every independently created account or guarantee that separate wallet balances are the same.
Submit accurate accounts to the best of your knowledge and distinguish observations from conclusions. You must have the rights and permissions needed for text, photographs and identifiable people included in your submissions. Unlawful content, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hate, fraud, privacy violations, infringement and technical abuse are prohibited. You retain ownership of your content. For content you submit for publication, you grant the operator a non-exclusive permission to store, format, display and distribute it as needed for the publication features you use. This includes connected community publication and, for reports selected for distribution, editorial articles, narrated videos and posts through PincheTulum and connected social channels. Editing or synthetic narration does not mean you personally spoke the narration or that it is a direct quotation. Contact us about corrections or removal requests; independent copies and public blockchain records may remain beyond our control.
Reports are community contributions. A STAMP or blockchain reference records a transaction or reference and does not independently establish that an observation is true. Reward eligibility follows the conditions displayed for the relevant program. Submission does not guarantee a reward, a confirmation time, a market price, liquidity or an investment return. Report publication and editorial processing can continue while blockchain operations or rewards remain pending.
Review the asset, network, destination, amount and disclosed charges before authorizing a payment. Broadcast is not confirmation, and a network without block production cannot confirm a payment. Confirmed transfers are generally irreversible. Device-held keys require appropriate care; deleting wallet data or losing access to a device can cause loss of funds. The separate AgroCoin application has its own wallet terms, including its applicable fee and recovery conditions. Those conditions are not silently extended to other wallet interfaces by these Terms.
Stars and AGRO are different units. These Terms do not create an exchange between them or a right to redeem Stars for money or AGRO. Where a feature offers paid digital items, its displayed price, availability, permitted use and applicable store purchase and refund conditions govern. A common identity does not promise that purchased currency is spendable in every app. Features discussed or planned are not promises that they are available.
Use safe judgment when undertaking outdoor activities and do not disturb wildlife or enter restricted or hazardous areas to submit a report. AgroCeans is not an emergency response service. Content or access may be restricted for violations, security concerns or legal obligations. You may contact alejandrobarakat@gmail.com about moderation decisions.
Services and networks may be interrupted, corrected or changed. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or economic results. Applicable consumer protections and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the operator's software or branding.
You may stop using the service and request account or content deletion through available controls or alejandrobarakat@gmail.com. Deleting a community account, deleting local wallet keys and removing public blockchain records are different operations. Material contractual changes will be identified and acceptance requested where legally required. No change by itself authorizes retroactive charges.
Delaware law and applicable United States federal law apply subject to mandatory protections and remedies in your jurisdiction. The relevant Apple or Google distribution and purchase conditions also apply. For the iOS app, Apple's Standard EULA applies where the app is distributed under that agreement.
