  1. THE AGROSTORE LLC® — TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ADHESION
  2. 2. BINDING ACCEPTANCE — By accessing, registering, or using this system, the User irrevocably agrees to these Terms. No additional signature is required. Use constitutes legally binding adhesion under U.S. law.
  3. 3. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM — The AgroStore® is not a bank, not a custodial wallet, not a financial intermediary, and not a regulated securities exchange. It is a Web3 infrastructure and sovereign digital identity system.
  4. 4. USER RESPONSIBILITY — Users are solely responsible for their credentials, private keys, compliance with local laws, and financial decisions. The AgroStore LLC® does not custody digital assets.
  5. 5. OPERATIONAL MODEL — Transactions routed through AgroWallet® infrastructure may apply an operational friction model disclosed publicly. This represents infrastructure revenue, not tax advice.
  6. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY — AgroStore®, AgroWallet®, AgroTax®, AgroChess®, AgroHeroes®, AgroCeans®, AgroBlog®, AgroText®, AgroLikes®, and BTCLikes® are protected intellectual property under U.S. law.
  7. 7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT — Fraud, impersonation, harassment, unlawful financial schemes, money laundering, and system abuse are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate suspension and potential legal action.
  8. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — The system is provided 'as is' without warranties of profitability, uninterrupted service, or economic outcome. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Delaware law.
  9. 9. TERMINATION RIGHTS — The AgroStore LLC® reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion when violations occur or risks are detected.

  14. 2. ACEPTACIÓN VINCULANTE — El uso de la plataforma constituye aceptación irrevocable de estos Términos bajo legislación estadounidense.
  15. 3. NATURALEZA — AgroStore® no es banco, no es billetera custodial, no es intermediario financiero. Es infraestructura digital soberana.
  16. 4. RESPONSABILIDAD DEL USUARIO — El usuario es responsable de sus claves, credenciales y cumplimiento legal local.
  17. 5. PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL — Todas las marcas del ecosistema Agro® están protegidas por ley estadounidense.
  18. 6. CONDUCTAS PROHIBIDAS — Fraude, suplantación, abuso o actividades ilegales implicarán suspensión inmediata.
  19. 7. LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD — El sistema se proporciona 'tal cual' sin garantías de rentabilidad o continuidad.
  20. 8. DERECHO DE TERMINACIÓN — The AgroStore LLC® podrá suspender cuentas cuando detecte riesgos o violaciones.

  22. AGROTAX™ — GLOBAL CIVIC CONTRIBUTION FRAMEWORK
  23. AgroTax™ is a voluntary, automated, auditable civic contribution protocol integrated into the AgroWallet® infrastructure.
  24. It does NOT replace statutory taxation. It does NOT constitute tax advice. It does NOT exempt users from local legal obligations.
  25. When a transaction passes through AgroWallet® BTC infrastructure, an operational allocation model (0.777) may apply as disclosed publicly.
  26. Internal allocation model:
  27. • 0.111 → AgroTax™ USA (Federal / State / Local allocation)
  28. • 0.111 → AgroTax™ User’s Country of Residence
  29. • 0.555 → The AgroStore LLC® Treasury
  30. This allocation represents transparent infrastructure revenue and civic contribution architecture.
  31. All governmental allocations are settled in Bitcoin regardless of original payment rail.
  32. The AgroStore LLC® acts solely as a technical remittance operator under Delaware jurisdiction.
  33. AgroTax™ is a registered intellectual property asset of The AgroStore LLC® under U.S. law.
